Returns and refunds

Final Sale: Due to the custom, handcrafted, and functional nature of our glassware and accessories, all sales are final.

No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or used items.

Damages: Exceptions are only made for items proven to be damaged during transit. In these cases, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
